1. Eligibility for Returns
  • New Equipment:
    If you receive a brand-new product that is unused, unopened, and in its original condition, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.

  • Pre-Owned Equipment:
    For pre-owned or certified refurbished products, returns are accepted within 30 days provided the equipment is in the same condition as received. Please note that a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for non-defective items.

  • Defective or Damaged Products:
    If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer support immediately. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.


2. Return Process

    Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Refunds for shipping costs are only provided if the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product).
